About Goodland

Goodland began in the fall of 2021 when Cindy first discovered the art of traditional soapmaking. After countless hours of research (and plenty of YouTube tutorials), she made her very first batch: an unscented Oatmeal Honey bar — a recipe we still proudly offer today.

What started as a simple hobby quickly grew. Friends and family loved the soap, and soon people were asking to purchase it as Christmas gifts. That interest sparked months of experimenting with natural scents, gentle ingredients, and nourishing recipes.

By November 2022, we stepped into our first Farmer’s Market — and nearly sold out in a single day. Since then, Goodland has expanded through markets, craft fairs, and now online, allowing us to share our products with even more people.

Our passion remains the same: creating clean, handcrafted soap without synthetic fragrances, dyes, or fillers. We scent every bar with pure essential oils and color them naturally using clays, activated charcoal, and botanicals.
